When I was in Rennes, unfortunately I had to eat dinners

with our French coworkers every night. I say unfortunately because they ate dinner after 8:00 pm (I normally eat dinner at 6:00 pm), and three course dinner always last more than 2 hours, so by the time I went back to hotel, it was after 11:00 pm every night :(

Anyway their portions are not small, and the calories ... This one guy (French) drank half a bottle of wine by himself, had foie gras for starter, lamb for main course, a plate of cheese for dessert, and yet he is skinny as rail. I can't understand how can they are not fat.
