要去英国开会了。美国签证还没有。怎么办！

一直没去想这件事。今晚才到网上去看签证的事项。

英国只有伦敦和 Belfast 才能申请美国签证。

去伦敦的美国领馆，首先要在网上下载表格，填好。
预约面试的时间。只能打电话去预约，而电话一定要在英国才能打。在国外不能预约。
面试时间，先到先得。
申请时间需要大约5个工作日，但可以长达14－16周。
如果批准，护照和签证只能用特快速递提取，不能自己去领馆取。申请签证时要先自付邮费。
还有一周就去英国了。开会一周（不在伦敦），另预出一周在英国，不知道去了英国再预约还来不来及，也许现在预约已经晚了。

不然去北爱 Belfast?
电话预约，只能从英国打。
最早面试时间：22日之后。来不及了！

还有一个礼拜，不如先去多伦多申请一下？
去多伦多的美国领馆网站，填了很多资料，然后有预约的一页。
我没看懂！怎么能知道那些日子可以预约呢？
为什么不是0就是横杠"-"，还不同颜色的横杠（浅黄，深黄）？
这礼拜都是浅黄色横杠。9/13-11/7 是深黄色，有0有横杠。之后都又是浅黄色横杠。有的日期是红色。
打电话去问要每分钟$2。不敢打电话，怕问了也白问。:(
有谁知道还来不来及预约了？

如果不能去英国就太可惜了。:( 最后一次公费旅游的机会，连跟同事道别都不行。55555
