Gorgeous! Vancouver hiking

group has Lake Ann pictures. I am so jealous of them - every weekend between Mid June and Mid Sept is glorious !!!

That said, I only love NW for her beautiful summer - cannot stand the rain of Vancouver between October all the way thru April at least. I remember in 1995 or 1996, there was so much rain in NW that sections of I-5 collapsed between Oregan and Washington, pomptly killed our desire of moving up there for good.

We are leaving for Alaska come Thursday 9/01 for a South Bound cruise that ends at Vancouver. I hope we can still catch the last days of Summer as we will spend 10 days in Vancouver and Vancouver Island - have to fulfil our dream to visit Pacific Rim National Park at least once. Then we will wrap it up with 5 days in Yellowstone. I am afraid the Yellowstone trip would be an anticlimax. :(
