Wind is strong on the top deck. feel colder. Need long sleeves in the morning or evening if you want to go to the top deck.
Inside the cruise it just feels like the office or shopping mall. There is central air conditioning.
BTW, suit or evening dress are not necessary.It is fine to dress business-casually to go to dinner.
