Hongkong -> Shenzhen question

Anybody here know if I arrive at HKG around 6PM, could I still have chance to catch the 10pm flight departing from Shenzhen? Or I have to stay in Hongkong for the night, is it easy to get around in Hongkong? Is it easy to find a cheap, but clean stay in Hongkong? Thanks a lot
