They concentrate in Richmond (outside Vancouver, Delta area, near airport).
Downtown Vancouver also has some but dont expect too much for "China Town". The new "China Town", actually should better be called City, is in Richmond. However, Richmond does not have much to see, it simply is a city where most Chinese (immigrants from Hong Kong in recent years) live.
Summertime, Vanouver is very beautiful. Traffic is very congested going thru Lion Gate Bridge (connecting Vancouver and North Vancouver) - dont know if they have finished the repair job yet - better check their website to see if it is still one-way during rush hours of the day. Waterfront, Lion Gate Park, Downtown, Botanic Garden, etc all are nice places to sightsee.
Parking in downtown could be a problem.
