I did it once.

11/25 Vegas to Zion (3 hours) You need to leave early, ie. 6am. Spend 3 hours in Zion (That means you will miss all the hiking and scenic views on the top).
Then drive to Bryce (2-3 hours). Spend another 3 or 4 hours there. ( just a glance. If you want, you can walk the trails, but only for 1 or 2 hours). Then drive to Escalante. Sleep there.
11/26 Drive to Moab via Great Escalante National Monument, Capital Reef. That's a long drive. Beautiful view on the road. Definitely need to stop in several spots.
Say you spend 5 hours on the road (including stops). You can reach Moab around 1/2 pm and can catch the sunset on Canyonland national park.
11/27 Visit Arch NP during the morning. In the afternoon, arrive at Monument valley before 3pm. Spend 2 hours there. Drive to page.
11/28 Drive to Grand canyon south rim. Back to LAS.

Probably you won't be able to do the skywalk. If you are in a hurry, it is doable. But you will be exhausted. You might miss other good spots, like, horseshoe valley, antelope valley, cruising Lake powell to see the arch.
