ZT:　Hiking Lassen Peak Trail: The trail to the top of Lassen Peak begins at the peak parking area at an elevation of 8500 feet. The popular trail is 2.5 miles one-way to the summit. There are many fantastic vistas of the park and surrounding areas from the trail. The summit provides one of the most spectacular views of the Devastated Area, a view from the top looking down. This view is the best vantage point to contemplate the power of the 1914-17 eruptions. The lingering rotten-egg smell of hydrogen sulfide near the summit reminds visitors that Lassen is still considered an active, but dormant, volcano.

拉森火山国家公园(英语：Lassen Volcanic National Park)是位于美国加州北部的国家公园。整个国家公园中最主要的景观就是拉森火山(也译作拉森峰)，是世界上最大的穹顶火山，也是喀斯喀山脉中最南端的火山。在拉森火山国家公园中，其火山活动依然显著，包括大量的泥火山、发出恶臭的喷气孔及温泉。拉森火山国家公园是世界上少数几个能找到所有火山类型的地区，包括穹顶、盾状火山、火山渣锥及层状火山。
