Hotel at Vancouver, BC

Hi, my friends. I have to book the hotel in Vancouver now.

Fairmont Hotel ( not Fairmont Waterfront ) & Four Season Hotel, which one is better? I have business co-op rate, and both hotel are not higher than $199. So price is not big issure. I just want to know the style of the hotel before I book.

BTW, are they both close to Chinatown ?
