Someone said, if you like to travel in EU, thief problem is always there and you have to deal with it. Be super careful, don't be scared. If you are prepared, then the thief may skip you. But, robbery with force is another story, make sure no robbery in the area you want to go. :-)

The buildings in Tuscany use yellow and red as the base color, that may be a small difference between 普罗旺司和托斯坎尼.
