i personally like Ft. Lauderdale more than Miami. you can drive from orlando to ft. lauderdale in the morning, stay there for lunch, and drive to Miami and enjoy the nightlife of Miami and go to the beach in the next morning and drive to Key west in the afternoon and stay in Key West for one day. Orlando theme parks are so similar and two days there should be more than enough.
