My schedule is kind of simple and may not be helpful to others:

I started with Tel Aviv of Israel, and then:

(Israel) Tel Aviv -> Jerusalem -> Dead Sea ->
Masada -> Eilat =>
(Jordan) Aqaba -> Petra -> Amman =>
(Israel) Jerusalem -> Bethlehem -> Ramallah ->
Jerusalem -> Tel Aviv =>
USA
