回复:回复:Baja twice
if you've heard mexican is taking over california, then vice versa, californian is taking over at least baja, one piece of beach at a time. a bit over stretch? yeah, but most are ture. look at the new multi million $ developments mushroom along the coastal sandy beaches and ads are in english, you know who's building them for who. at southern tip of los cabos, property worth in tens of mil is not unheard of.
yes they take cards, as well as green backs. $100 a day and you will have plenty leftover coming home. but don't think it's a cheap spot. depends the places, not cheap at all, 2/3 u.s. cost. "una, tos tres" won't hurt either. unfortunately i don't think you can find lots of history stuff in baja, though. either too new, like in states, or too small, too sheby to offer any real authentic history flavor. you can do a lot better surfing online. neverthless you'll sure feel "foreign" in baja. so that's my take for baja. others may have a totally different picture.
