Ski deals are here. (These are the bigger mountains near Traverse City). 3 hours from Chicago.

1) Shanty Creek continues to offer the $59/person/night deal this year, but cut short to 12/18. From 12/19-25, it will be $75/person/night. Again, the rate is per person based on double occupancy + maximum 4 kids. All the lift tickets are included.

2) Boyne offers $80/person/night (Condo upgrade is $92) package on double occupancy. Kids 12 under ski free. Valid through out the season 11/24-4/3, Boyne Highland's package is same but $88/person. (condo is $95). A little bit more expensive than Shanty but breakfast is included. Plus, the deal valid during the peak season.

3) Caberfae of Cadillac (the one we went for fall color leaves last time) offer weekend and weekday snowmobile/hotel packages. Weekdays, $190/night hotel + snowmobile rental + continental breakfast. Weekends, $495/2 nights hotel + 1 dinner for 2. Insurance extra. It is definitely needed for some of our crazy riders. I believe we need minimum 2 snowmobiles to go together, others can ski and wait for shift.
