Puget Sound. When I said anywhere there is water, I was not kidding! I have seen people fishing squids in West Seattle, salmon and bass in Lake Washington (Kirkland waterfront & a park in Renton), and shrimps in Edmonds. Golden Garden is another place.

The whole area has more water than land - just need to drive around and know where and when to look...
