advice for SanFrancisco area?

I have two days available on December,and i have visited Golden Gate,Golden Gate Park,fisherman Wharf and Stanford before.Any suggestion on what's interesting near SF ? My friend told me Yosemite was dangerous during that time.I like natural scene together with architecture.Thanks!
