Yes, life has a lot of "missing parts" but if we dont treasure what we have in hand (especially it is a result of our own choosing), then, we would end up have nothing.

OT, I dont know whether you like Catherine Zeta Jones or not, but I like her, the look and the style. More importanly, I like her attitude towards her marriage to Mike Douglas. Her unshamefulness about how much this means to her and how hard she works to make her marriage work. I think one can learn something from it.
