回复:问salt lake city旅游问题,多谢!
Hi there -
I live in SLC and know this place quite a bit. To answer your questions -
1. Great Salt Lake - you need to rent a car. There maybe local tour groups but I haven't seen any. It's about 25 min drive but you need a car.
2.Bingham Cooper Mine - About 25 min drive. Check out buses or tour group but most likely, you need a car also. If you don't have time, go to Cooper Mine instead of great SL. The bus is called UTA. (www.rideuta.com)
3.Temple Sqr is walking distance at downtown.
4. Park City is about 35 min drive. There is bus going there but I'm not sure it'll bring you to any of your interested place or it may take too long.
SLC is not a big city, to go around downtown, it's very easy. There is light rail and buses but going beyond the metro area, you'd better rent a car or call a shuttle. I'm not sure about your plan and how long you plan to be here. It's a really nice place to see.
Market Street Grill is the name of the resturant. This is a quite diversed place, you will find food of all ethnicity. My favourite place is One World Cafe (300 E, North Temple), you gotta check out that place. I bet it's a concept you had never seen before.
If you don't have a car, check out Mormon Temple, Salt Lake Palace. You can still take a bus to go to many places but it maybe time consuming.
Have a good time. Please bring sun tan location as UV here is quite strong.
Hope this helps.
