觉得还是不要take chance

中国签证有时很flexible有时很严，甚至苛刻！

我女儿去年在尼泊尔申请中国签证被拒，只好绕道新加坡办理。Just now we bought fiight tickets here in Milan, thinking we can apply for Chinese tourist visa without problem. But Chinese Consulate here refuses to take our application, because we are not permemant resident of EU. My wife has to fly back to Toronto to apply for Chinese visa and come back catching the China flight.
