问个有关海南航空的问题

如果想西雅图到北京的单程机票。想定海航的话900。如果订西雅图到西安。票价是600。但是那飞机其实是先到北京再飞西安的。能订到西安的票然后在北京下飞机吗?行李在北京出关还是西安出关?
