I decide to boycott 哥斯达黎加 (Costa Rica)

Several years ago, I noticed when applying visa to Costa Rica, Chinese (and less than 20 other countries) citizen has to send some special documents for background/security checking!
This year, I noticed, green card holder can go to Costa Rica without a visa; however, Chinese (and less than 20 other countries) citizen has to apply visa!

I don't know what is happening between Costa Rica and China. All I know is I don't spend money in a place discriminating Chinese.
