作，止，滅三病是意志(Will，愿力)用欲望代替，衹是方向不同。任病是意志的缺失。

But I have also noticed that Willing or not seems often a result of having or not this gift from Mother Nature. Many if not most people don't have it, or have it but forever wrapped as staying in the gift box, hence never experienced it consciously. Maybe this is why the path to truth is narrow and few get through as stated by Christ (?)
