This is absurd.

Is this even remotely true? Some western nations (perhaps most, I suppose, but still not all western nations) and their allies such as Japan, are hostile towards China. And those nations will always be hostile towards China unless china stays the way they like it. So you think they represent the whole world? For instance, African nations don't mean anything?
