With this mindset, even if one happened to be a Westerner, he won't be able to apply the better part of western culture. Perhaps many westerners who have been doing terrible things around the world are of this character though some of they believe they have done the world a good service.
After all, being Chinese isn't that bad. Think of being Africans, native Americans, Indians , Persians... They are part of humanity too.
