totally absurd

Chinese culture is naturally one for "harmony", no need to emphasize it. When " justice" is achieved,  harmony is naturally there. An emphasis for justice is what is needed.————If hormony is naturally there, with justice being a pre-requisite, why on earth does China need to emphasize justice any more? 

Face the reality: China's harmony is an illusion under the extreme high pressure of 维稳， and thus lacking justice.
