中國應提倡公正社會，美國應提倡和諧社會。

Chinese culture is naturally one for "harmony", no need to emphasize it. When " justice" is achieved,  harmony is naturally there. An emphasis for justice is what is needed.

US is a culture with heightened awareness of Justice, but there is only so much justice can do. Harmony is what is missing among all sorts of struggling justices there.
