除了國人自己没有人在"估"中國油畫的，因為還不算成功。最好的其實還是第一個出國學習的李鐵夫。

歷史原因，作品散失，聲名淡薄。

冷軍 is still quite good. His effect isn't after photography but something better and more genuine. Even when viewed as a manual photographer, he still outperforms the most advanced camera. He hence deserves some respect. By the way , I noticed that his techniques are less effective with animated subjects such as human faces or even just plants (he didn't do a good job with bamboos in one of his paintings). His "still life"s lack life still. 

李鐵夫 is a true master who understood this western art form in its very essence. Look at this piece, not inferior to the best known Western master painters in his time:
