"放弃程序的正义就是不正义的开始"

A very good line, speaking of an important principle in Confucianism though you may not realize it.

But I don't think 习 bashers always concern 正义.

Some do.  Many don't.

After all, it shouldn't be about 正义, but right and wrong.

Is there a tendency to mix up right-and-wrong with justice-and-injustice as a pitfall in Confucianism? (For instance, a very recent debate: Should China fund and built the high energy particle collider?)

Not so sure. Should ask the better learnt ones.

However, one can't help but noticing this being a Karma for ccp for 放弃程序的正义 was always its common practice during its growth. That was how ccp achieved many of its goals.
