I want to 解脱三界轮回, what do I need to do?

"..若执着于定中无思(或空)，死后会投生到无想天或畜生道，因为没有智慧观察故；若执着于定中光明相，死后会投生到色界天；若执着于禅乐，死后会投生到欲界天..." - but if I want to 解脱三界轮回, want to go to heaven, what do I need to do??? thank you!
