There is no need to drill on whether that sentence is intentionally said or it is taken out of context. If anyone hasn't come to a clear conclusion based on what Chinese communist party has done in the past 60 years, there is not much others can do to cure that kind of retardation.

BTW, the Chinese translation for “The fact that you are allowed to stay alive, already shows the country's inclusiveness." is very accurate. Whoever blurred out that sentence should be fired from the job because it is stupid beyond imagination.
