马输掉的主要原因有二

1. 台湾经济停滞不前。人们的收入回到十六年前的水平，而物价比那时却高了几倍。

2.没有走正常的程序。被人指有干涉个案嫌疑。

一手好牌，打得如此糟糕，真是少有。
