　　第四次江陈会今起在台中市登场，由于在台北举行的二次江陈会爆发流血冲突，此次大陆海协会长陈云林一行下榻的台中市裕元酒店警备森严，虽有温馨的美女迎宾队伍，现场却布满维安人员，刑警也手持照相器材来回走动，注意是否有闲杂人等。
