美国军事法院驳回陈水扁控告奥巴马和盖茨案

中新网10月7日电 据台湾媒体报道，继美国联邦最高法院于当地时间5日驳回“福尔摩沙法理建国会”秘书长林志升等人的控美案后，美国军事上诉法院也于当地时间6日驳回提审陈水扁控告美国总统奥巴马及国防部长盖茨的案子。至此，陈水扁赴美作证的幻想完全破灭。
