Chinese economy actually doesn't count all the environmental cost. We may spend our children's money. It maybe seems like these twenty years Chinese economy has been developed very quickly. But it's not a good thing for economy to develop too fast, it will forgo environmental cost, high inflation rate, people's health related to damaged environment. A healthy economy should be stable and active rather than over heated. Money can't buy clean air, water and healthy life. And so many things you can't count in currency term, such as people's life satisfaction.
