that Saddam was making every effort to keep in place EVERYTHING
needed to reconstitute his programs once sanctions were lifted?
8. Were France, Russian and UN officials (and Kofi's nephew) taking

9. Were France and Russia trying to get sanctions lifted from Iraq?
10. Did Saddam directly support 3 known terrorist groups: the IIJ,
