高中生，政府项目还能任意改换学生来源？唯一可能的是2017年秋季正式读9年级的学生是可以做为9年级学生申请的。不过您在2021年的贴子里还因为女儿当年9年级被Cosmos拒绝到紫檀来发帖问询Cosmos的要求。

COSMOS was established by the California State Legislature in the summer of 2000 to stimulate the interests of and provide opportunities for talented California high school students.
