my experience even was worse

I sent out the bag which worth $125 with post insurance, but she said she didn't receive it. Checked post office, they put the bag in her mail box, they don't pay insurance for this situation, So, I have to return the money back to the buyer, and lost $125. After that, I buy post signature to gurantee.
