Anybody in Kansas City

I have stayed in colledge towns since I came to US, but I just started my new job in KC and I rarely see Chinese faces here. I have a feeling that people here are not very friendly and want to be keep away from me, never felt this way before

I knew nobody in KC yet and really have seen more than 5 Chinese in 4 weeks.

Anybody in this forum nearby?
