It should be within $100 as you are not from major metropolitan area. If she only needs root touch up, it would be even cheaper......

If she needs creative colors/ombré/highlights, it can easily go more than double. In that case, it would be better for you to work out a price with the stylist before you schedule your appointment. 

The range is typically from 15% to 20% in terms of tipping. I usually tip higher during holidays. Please keep in mind it can take 3 to 4 hours if bleaching is needed......
