My Cartier tank watch experience

Does anyone have similar experience? I bought mine in Rome. Long story short. This watch seems to have a mind of its own, it sometimes just moves to whatever time it prefers, no patterns (not slowing losing time or gaining time). The boutique here replaced it for me twice, I am now on my third new watch. But this phenomenon still occurs. Is it me or the watch? Fr e ladies out there who own this watch (tank franchise), does yours keep time? I am losing hope, but Cartier has a policy of no returns. Anybody has any suggestions?
