Foundation粉底, Powder粉饼, Concealer遮瑕膏? What is the order to apply

Too confused to those names. Also has Shading powder 修容饼 and Shimmering powder闪粉.

Can someone help "Shao Mang". Is foundation a must? What is purpose to apply Powder?
