I agree. The thought had crossed my mind when I was buying the boots. I always wanted to have a pair of over the knee boots, but I know I would not get to wear it very much. So why spent several hundred dollars? In fact, wearing it for the picture was the second time I ever put them on, not counting the try-out in the store. But you are right, it looks a bit cheap for my age:-).
