Is she treating me as best friend?

I sent my best friend a $160 Dior perfume set on her wedding last year. She sent me two coffee mugs on my wedding this year. I kept thinking is she treating me as a great friend? what do u guys think? I am sorry I couldn't help typing this when I saw this topic.
