MIT EA reject 和 Stanford REA defer 能并存？

  • Stanford: Restrictive Early Action (REA)[1][2][3][4][5]

  • Harvard: Restrictive Early Action (REA)[1][2][4][6][7]

  • Princeton: Single-Choice Early Action (SCEA)[1][2][3][5]

  • Yale: Single-Choice Early Action (SCEA)[1][2][3]

 

The Restrictions:

  • No other private schools: If you apply to one of these four early, you generally cannot apply to any other private college's Early Action or Early Decision programs.[6]

  • Public schools are okay: You are typically still allowed to apply to any public university (like the University of California system or your state flagship) as long as their early application is non-binding.

  • International schools are okay: You can usually apply to universities outside the U.S. (like Oxford or Cambridge) at the same time.
