It wasn't intended for some eye-catching punch lines. I would like to have a discussion about the situation, and meanwhile, I was sorting out my own thoughts as well. It's not necessary crying for agreement, but rather having a debate, based on facts and logic.

Going with the catch phrase as "JVG sucks or JVG is God" is not helping. I would rather talk about why, from historical point of view, current situation, and statistics.

To judge quality of personnel, you have to evaluate his/her qualification, experience, and personality. That's why I wanted to talk about that. Obviously, any business is result oriented. But I pay more attention to long term goal, instead of immediate result.

Speaking of 战术角度, I have mentioned many times, you can achieve your goals in different ways. History proves, that defenses wins you championships, ugly or not. History also proves, jump shooting teams don't win championships, good shooters or not. There is no saying, which approach is better, triangle, princeton, inside-out or anything. As long as you can execute it perfectly to end up with a high percentage shot, that's a good strategy.

I don't know what kind of strategy you want to discuss about. With Yao Ming in mind, the only good thing for him is an center oriented system.
