you're making assumptions

that lin played passive voluntarily. you don't know that. this is a guy who aspires to play the real pg. do you think he just made up his mind to stand in the corner? plus okc had very good defense, and lin's drive wasn't very effective. if he just played his own hyperactive game without being asked to, and had more than a few turnovers, don't you think it's inviting flak to himself?

what can be criticized about lin is his bad shooting %. this is where he regressed compared to earlier of the season. but you can't blame him for not being a good pg, without him given the pg opportunities.
