That's not fair. He had 22-11 and 24-11 at NO in playoffs.

The best assists Tony Parker has ever done in playoffs was 7. Yes, they play different styles, but CP3 has been carrying his teams, while Parker and Rondo only need to do that in spurts. 

BTW, CP3 always play a very effective game, and he shoots around .500. Last year's playoffs, he shot .589 for 22 points.
