Michaels Phelps's time at Beijing 2008:

200m IM    27.49

400m IM    27.85

Just because Ye Shiwen beat Lochte  for the final 50meters does not mean her time beat all other men.  We all know by now Lochte sucked in the last 50m in all his competitions.
