Heat should trade one of the Big 3 to get some better role playe

My feeling is Wade might be traded.  He is 30 yrs old, but still very good.  LBJ is younger (26?).  If trade of Wade can get them a decent center and small forward, Heat is still a great contender.  Wade is the face of Heat, unlikely to be traded.  But the coach should be fired.  He never runs a decent play, all depends on the personal ability of LBJ and Wade.
