菜鸟中的菜鸟，大妈级林粉看NBA学英语　（2）   - By lilac09   (二月linsanity如火，三月knicks如泥，大妈很纠结，这NBA还能看多久?  看来knicks和大妈一样还要好好补篮球基础)     先补场子吧~~      (一) 场地篇 Midcourt Line: 中线 center circle: 中圈-It is used to start the game and other jump ball situations. Three-point line:三分线 Basket Hoop 篮框，篮圈 sideline: 边线 baseline: 底线 backboard：篮板 back court：后场 free throw lane：罚球圈，禁区 free throw line：罚球线 front court：前场 mid－court：中场 painted area ：罚球圈，禁区 restricted area near the basket：禁区内篮框下的小圆圈区域 wing：（左、右两边）底线区域 top of the circle：靠近禁区顶端之三分（球）线附近 rim：篮框，篮圈 game clock：比赛用时钟 halftime：中场休息时间 timeout:暂停 scoring table：记录台，记分台 shot clock：时限钟（进攻方在24秒内必须投篮，并且球必须触及篮框，否则即违例） painted area 限制区（禁区） 限制区俗称“三秒区”、“禁区”或“油漆区”，篮球场规定区域之一，长5.8米（罚球线到底线）、宽4.9米的矩形区域。队员触及此区域的任何一部分都算是在区内。 比赛中，某队控制球时，该队队员在对方限制区内停留不得超过3秒钟，否则判违例，俗称“篮下3秒”。出手后抢到进攻篮板或离开禁区则篮下三秒重计。 How to dribble drive and penetrate the paint to score.穿透禁区 points in the paint：禁区得分。 protect the paint agaist...保护禁区 No wonder it's called THE Paint.  禁区，禁区呀，还是禁区~~~ (二) 动作篇 air ball:      面包球、籃外空心球，意指出手后，在没有被火锅盖帽的情况下，碰不到篮框。一般认为投出这种球对训练有素的篮球员是一种耻辱。另外还有所谓的三不碰（三不沾），即除了篮框没碰到，连篮板和篮网也都没碰到。 (殴也~~这个大妈俺擅长, 好不容易逮一个会滴:-)~~~~) slam dunk：强力灌篮 (那个啥~~篮球火里最爱整的，周董也玩过~~) bank shot：擦板球-投篮时通过球撞击篮板进球，通常打板角度较小所以叫擦板 A bank shot in basketball is a shot that relies on the ball bouncing off the backboard and into the basket. It is frequently used for mid-range jump shots from around a 45° angle and layups. It is not commonly used for long-range shots or shots from the middle or near the baseline. fade－away shot：后仰式跳投 hook shot：钩射投篮 jump shot ：跳投 perimeter shot：中距离跳投 set shot：立定跳投 three－point shot：三分球 (throw a) baseball pass：（快攻时）长传 (shoot) an airball：（投）篮外空心球，“面包“ behind－the－back dribble：背后（换手）运球  dribble：运球 cross－leg dribble：胯下运球 driving to the hoop：带球上篮 make the basket：投篮得分 make the hoop：投篮得分 nothing but the net：空心球（入篮） palming：“翻球” reverse dunk：倒灌篮 layup: 带球上篮, 单手上篮 reverse layup ：反手走篮  A layup that's made after the shooter crosses under the basket to lay the ball in from the other side, usually because the shot might have been blocked on the original side of attack. shoot behind the arc：投三分球 score a basket：投篮得分 swish：空心球（入篮） three－point play ：投进2分球后因被犯规再罚进一分 four－point play：投进3分球后因被犯规再罚进一分 再说细点，没图没真象，咱们图解图解 1. layup: 带球上篮, 低手上篮 A layup in basketball  is a two-point shot attempt made by leaping from below, laying the ball up near the basket, and using one hand to bounce it off the backboard and into the basket. The motion and one-handed reach distinguish it from a jump shot. The layup is considered the most basic shot in basketball. An undefended layup is usually a high percentage shot. The main obstacle is getting near the rim and avoiding blocks by taller defenders who usually stand near the basket. Common layup strategies are to create spaces, release the ball from a different spot, or use alternate hands. 上篮（layup）或称走篮或挑篮是篮球中的一种动作，指进攻到篮下的位置跳起，把篮球升起接近篮框再以单手将球放进去或擦板(又名打板、插板)投进。在上篮时，允许球员在收球之后，在两步之内对篮框进行攻击。上篮在快攻以及一般进攻时都常使用。 上篮为一种高命中率的得分动作，其主要的妨碍为站于篮底的防守者和过于接近边界。 lin's layup (这张是不是小林和老Pau同志版的天仙配, 两人那个手臂刷刷地齐呀, 在天化作比翼鸟.....)   (天仙配换个脚度观赏，仙气实足呀，那个无重力冲空，都自带弹簧玩NBA呀 ~~~)   lin's reverse layup Jeremy Lin drives past Pau Gasol for a reverse layup in the second half against lakers     2. slam dunk灌篮 : A slam dunk is a type of basketball shot that is performed when a player jumps in the air and manually powers the ball downward through the basket with one or both hands over the rim. This is considered anormal field goal attempt; if successful it is worth two points. The slam dunk is one of the highest percentage shots one can attempt in basketball as well as one of the most crowd-pleasing plays 扣篮是篮球比赛的一种得分手段，又称为“入樽／灌籃”。扣篮时，运动员高高跃起并使劲把球放进篮框内，随后他或会短暂抓着篮框，把整个人挂在篮框下。 扣篮是成功率极高的得分方式，但需要运动员有极强跳跃能力和较高的个子，并不是人人能够做到的动作。 lin's slam dunk (小林个不高，slam dunk 机会不多，好不容易找了一张大伙儿珍惜点看的说哈) 3. jump shot:跳投 a jump shot or jumper is an attempt to score a basket by jumping,  usually straight up, and in mid-jump, propelling the ball in an arc into the basket. It is accomplished by the player bringing his or her elbow up until it is aligned with the hoop, then sent towards the hoop in a high arc. It is considered the easiest shot to make from a distance. The purposes of the jump are to make it more difficult for the defender to block, and to put more power behind the shot. It is also usually accomplished with one hand by the NBA players. It is the most effective in open play but can prove to be hard when there is a taller player in front of you. 投篮者双手持球并起跳，在达到最高点或之前把球向45°角推出，使篮球划过一条弧线飞向篮筐。跳起投篮的目的是为了躲避防守球员的封盖，在面对身材相仿的球员或无人防守的时候非常有效；但是由于跳投的出手点一般在额头附近，遭到较高球员封盖几率还是很大，因此球员在跳投的同时一般还会附加后仰动作以避封阻，也称为后仰投篮（Fade-way shot） lin's 3-pointer jump shot over Jose Calderon: (那个啥，成为大妈的首要特征就是“想当年，小娘 俺。。。。”让俺们再度回忆小林的最美好时光吧~~~) 小林擒多伦多猛龙: lastminute,  lin's three point play + a clutch 3 pointer three－point play： 投进2分球后因被犯规再罚进一分 When there was only about 1 minute left, Lin forcely drove into the paint for a layup, which also gained him a free throw chance.  He tied the game 87-87 with this amazing 3 point play from a horrible 17 point deficit. When you thought that things wouldn't get any better, Lin dribbled down the clock, pulled up and launched another miracle - a 3-pointer swished in over Jose Calderon with .5 second left. 90-87, the whole stadium exploded with linsanity.... 希望小林和Knicks尽快找回状态，粉丝们也悠着点看。　出来玩，不就图个开心吗，谁也不是人民币，嫩让您一辈子开心，人民币太多了，还烧心呢，不管将来怎样，小林总是让大伙儿大开心了一次....要不您要在NBA找一个“黄”靶子练骂也忒不容易不是~~ 最后，祝大家周末愉快   lilac09 03/10
